PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Oven : From Frozen: 200^oC / Fan 180^oC / Gas 6

Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout and allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave: Remove outer sleeve before heating

From Frozen

700W

Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot throughout and allow to sand for 2 minutes before serving.

900W

Pierce film lid, place on a microwaveable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes. Peel back and stir. Heat for a further 1½ minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot throughout and allow to sand for 2 minutes before serving.

For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
