Refund policy

Returns Policy

Due to our items being perishable goods (food) they cannot be returned. However should anything happen with your order or you have any issues we have a 7-day refund policy.

You can contact us at info@rockcliffegroup.com,  you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and communicate with us within 7 days of receiving your order with any additional pictures or videos if requested.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with images if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
Once you have contacted us, we will let you know if your refund request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
