Slurry: 1 tsp plain flour + 1/3 cup water

Instructions:
1. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the gyozas and pan-fry for 5 minutes until the bottoms become crispy and golden.
2. While the dumplings are frying, prepare the slurry by mixing 1 tsp of plain flour with 1/3 cup water in a bowl.
3. Pour the slurry into the pan, cover, and cook for 5-6 minutes until the water evaporates and a crispy skirt forms around the dumplings.
4. Uncover the pan and fry for another minute to ensure the skirt becomes golden and crispy.
5. Place a plate over the pan, flip it, and carefully serve the dumplings upside down. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds on top (optional).
