INGREDIENTS
WHEAT Flour, Vegetable Oil, Raising Agent E500 (Sodium Carbonate).
ALLERGY ADVICE:

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Griddle/Frying Pan – medium heat
For best results always cook from frozen.
Remove the pocket paratha from the packaging
Lightly brush with oil on both sides.
Preheat pan and place the paratha pocket in the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and serve.
Oven: Preheat Oven to 200oC, 390oF
For best results always cook from frozen.
Remove the pocket paratha from the packaging
Lightly brush with oil on both sides.
Preheat oven and place the paratha pocket on greaseproof paper and bake for 10-15 minutes turning half way through, until crispy and golden brown.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from the pan and serve.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
