INGREDIENTS 
Chicken (19%), Cabbage, White Onion, Spring Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar SESAME Oil, SOYA, Chicken Soup, Black Pepper, SOY Sauce, Yeast, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Water, WHEAT.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN):
For best results always cook from frozen. 
 
MICROWAVE.
Place the sealed bag of soup dumplings in the microwave (do not open or pierce the bag)
Heat on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds (at 750 W)
Carefully remove the try from the bag, then pierce the top of the dumplings with a fork or chopsticks. Allow them to stand for 3 minutes before enjoying.
 
 
STEAM
Position a colander or sieve over a pot of gently boiling water.
Arrange the soup dumplings in the colander/sieve, then cover with a lid and steam for 12-14 minutes.
Let them stand for 1 minute before serving
 
PAN COOK
 
Heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
Add the soup dumpling and cook for 5 minutes. Carefully pour in 4 tablespoons of cold water, cover with a lid and continue cooking for an additional 6 minutes
Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving
 
 
 
 
COOKING WARNINGS:
Ensure product is piping hot throughout before consumption
Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some may still remain.
  
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18oC or cooler. If product has defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 hours. Do not refreeze.
