Quick Crispy Breakfast With Pocket Paratha

Some mornings you want something warm, crispy, and filling — but still fresh and light on the side. This Pocket Paratha breakfast does exactly that. It’s simple, flexible, and easy to make straight from the freezer.

Crispy Pocket Paratha filled with soft eggs, creamy cheese, and fresh tomato, served with fruit and avocado on the side. It feels like a café-style breakfast, but you can make it at home with hardly any effort.

Why You’ll Love This

  • Super crispy on the outside, soft inside

  • High in protein thanks to the eggs

  • Fresh and balanced with fruit on the side

  • Totally customisable with what you have at home

Everything on the side is optional — keep it simple or make it colourful.

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • Pocket Paratha (from frozen)

  • 3 eggs

  • Creamy cheese (any meltable cheese)

  • 1 big slice of tomato

Optional sides:

  • Avocado, sliced

  • Banana, sliced

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Strawberries

Method

  1. Take the Pocket Paratha out of the freezer. Lightly brush or spray with a little oil and place it in the air fryer (this is optional)

  2. Air fry, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. This takes about 15 minutes in total, depending on your air fryer.

  3. While the paratha is cooking, fry 3 eggs in a pan to your liking.

  4. Once the Pocket Paratha is ready, carefully cut it open.

  5. Add some creamy cheese inside, then a big slice of tomato, and then the eggs.

  6. Let the heat melt the cheese slightly, then close or stack it however you like.

  7. Serve with sliced avocado, banana, cherry tomatoes, and strawberries on the side — or any fruit you have.

Tips & Variations

  • Don’t overfill it — keeping it lighter helps the paratha stay crispy.

  • Use any cheese you like: mild, sharp, or extra creamy.

  • Add chilli sauce, ketchup, or hot sauce if you want extra flavour.

  • The fruit and avocado are completely optional — they just make the plate feel fresher and more balanced.

The Result

A crispy, savoury Pocket Paratha filled with eggs and melted cheese, with a fresh, colourful plate on the side. It’s comforting, filling, and still light enough for a great start to the day.

Perfect for busy mornings, slow weekends, or when you want something better than plain toast.
