Ingredients

  • 1 bag Zulekha Chicken Tikka

  • 2 whole heads of garlic

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • Garlic cheese (or non-garlic cheese)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Salt (a pinch)

  • Black pepper (a pinch)

  • Fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • Mozzarella cheese (pizza cheese)

  • Toast bread slices


How to Make Cheesy Chicken Tikka Garlic Toast

1. Make the Garlic Butter Cheese

Peel one clove of garlic from the garlic head and add it to a small pan with the olive oil. Heat gently for a few minutes until the garlic becomes completely soft.

Once soft, add:

  • Butter

  • Cheese

  • A pinch of salt

  • A pinch of black pepper

Let everything melt together, then stir in the fresh parsley. Mix well and set aside. This will be your rich, flavour-packed garlic base.


2. Cook the Chicken Tikka

Open the pack of Zulekha Chicken Tikka and take as many pieces as you need.

Place them in the air fryer and cook using the default setting, until hot, slightly crisp on the outside, and juicy inside. Once cooked, slice the chicken into smaller pieces for easy layering.


3. Add garlic butter cheese

Spread a layer of the garlic butter cheese over one side of the toast.


4. Assemble & Melt

Top the toast with:

  • Sliced chicken tikka

  • A generous handful of mozzarella cheese

Place the toast back into the pan on low heat, cover lightly if needed, and let it cook until:
