INGREDIENTS
WHEAT Flour, Water, Margarine (Palm Oil, Water, Salt, Emulifiers: E471, E322 (SOYA) Flavouring Substances, Preservavative, (E202), Antioxidants (E320, E321), Acidity Regulator (E330), Colouring Substance (E160a)), Whole WHEAT Flour, WHEAT Husk, Sugar, Salt, Raising Agents (E500, E503).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Frying Pan – Shallow Fry from Frozen – Medium Heat
For best results always cook from frozen
Remove all packaging.
Place in frying pan and cook pressing gently for 1 – 1½ minutes.
Turn paratha over and cook, pressing gently for a further 1- 1 ½ minutes.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and serve.
PRECAUTIONS:

Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving.
Take care as products can be extremely hot after cooking.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
