COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (FROM FROZEN):
For best results always cook from frozen.
Microwave (from frozen)Place the sealed bag of soup dumplings in the microwave (do not open or pierce the bag).
Heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (850W).
Carefully remove the bag, then place the soup dumplings with a fork onto a plate.
Let stand for 3 minutes before enjoying.
Steam
Position a colander or sieve over a pot of gently boiling water.
Arrange the soup dumplings in a single layer with a little space between them.
Steam for 10 minutes.
Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
Pan Cook (from frozen)
Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
Arrange the soup dumplings in the pan and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add 45ml of water, cover and continue cooking for 6 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook until any remaining water has evaporated before serving.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18oC or cooler. If product has defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 hours. Do not refreeze.
