Chicken Breast Fillet (69%), WHEAT Flour, Palm Oil, Water, Modified Tapioca Starch (E1420), Salt, Spices (Garlic, White & Black Pepper) Raising Agents: SAPP (£450i), Sodium Bicarbonate (E500ii), Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Stabiliser (E451i), White Sugar, Colour (Natural: E160c), Acidity Regulator (E330), Flavour (Black Pepper Extract).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Deep Fry: From Frozen – Preheat Oil to 170oC
Place the frozen product in the oil being careful not to overload the fryer. Fry 1.5-2 minutes. Make sure food is hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Oven : From Frozen: 200oC / Fan 180oC / Gas 6
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 8-9 minutes turning half way through cooking.
For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
PRECAUTIONS:

Although every care has been taken, some bones may still remain.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
