Protein Meal - Mixed Grill

 

INGREDIENTS

Rice (Rice, Red Kidney Beans, Herbs and Spices), Chicken Wings (17%) (Chicken Wings (99%), Turmeric), Chicken Kebab (15%) (Chicken 51%), Onion, Chicken Skin, SOYA, Corn Flour, Herbs and Spices, Ginger, Chilli, Garlic, Monosodium Glutamate), Chicken Shawarma (11%) (Chicken Thigh Meat, SOY Protein, Salt, Herbs and Spices (Contains MUSTARD), Maltodextrin, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Glucose, Stabilisers (E451), Thickeners (Modified Starch), Flavour), Red Onions, Red Peppers, Black Olives, Chilli Flakes, Lemon Juice.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave (850W):

Remove sleeve, and pierce film several times. Place in a microwave and heat on full power for 6 minutes, Remove, Stir and microwave for a further 1 minute. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

 

Oven: Preheat Oven to 200^oC, 180^oC Fan, Gas Mark 6

Remove sleeve and top film. Place in the centre of a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, remove from oven and serve.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
