INGREDIENTS
Whole WHEAT Flour, Water, Refined WHEAT Flour, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Bicarbonate.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Frying Pan – Shallow Fry from Frozen – Medium Heat
For best results always cook from frozen
Remove all packaging.
Place in frying pan and cook pressing gently for 1 – 1½ minutes.
Turn paratha over and cook, pressing gently for a further 1- 1 ½ minutes.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from pan and serve.
PRECAUTIONS:

Check food is cooked thoroughly and piping hot throughout before serving.
Take care as products can be extremely hot after cooking.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
