Chicken Breast (74%), Modified Food Starch (Corn: E1404, Tapioca: E1420), WHEAT Flour, SOY Flour, Salt, Raising Agents (E450i, E500ii), Dextrose, Yeast, Palm Oil, Stabiliser E451i).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Deep Fry: From Frozen: Preheat oil to 180oC
Place frozen panko pieces in oil, being careful not to overload fryer. Fry 1 - 1 ½ minutes.
Oven : From Frozen: 200oC / Fan 180oC / Gas 6
Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for approximately 6-7 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging.
