Bao Bun - Katsu Chicken ^Sale

INGREDIENTS

Bao Buns (WHEAT Flour, Water, Sugar, Shortening (Palm Stearin Oil, Mixed tocopherols), Corn Starch, Baking Powder (Tapioca Starch, Sodium Bi-carbonate, Sodium acid pyrophosate, Mono Calcium Phosphate, Yeast), Yeast, Sorbitan monostearate, Ascorbic Acid, Salt, Refined SOYA Bean Oil), Chicken (41%) (Chicken Breast Fillet (71%), WHEAT Flour, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Sunflower), Maize Starch, Tapioca Starch, Corn Flour, Salt, Modified Tapioca Starch, Oxidised Starch, Rice Flour, Acidity Regulators (Sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate), WHEAT Gluten, Raising Agents (Sodium Bi-carbonate, disodium diphosphate), Yeast Extract, Sugar, Spices (White Pepper, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, CELERY Seed Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Red Pepper Powder), Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Colour (Paprika Extract), Dextrose, Yeast, Xanthan Gum), Katsu Sauce (Coconut Milk, Plain WHEAT Flour, Onion Powder , Corn Flour, Herbs and Spices,  Ginger, Brown Sugar, Salt, SOYA Sauce, White Pepper, Monosodium Glutamate).

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave:

Bao Buns: Instructions: 800W 1 min 40 secs. Spread bao buns evenly on a microwaveable plate and cover with cling film. Cook on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Chicken: Instructions: 800W  2 min 30 secs. Place evenly on a microwaveable plate and cover. Cook on full power. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Sauce: Instructions: 800W 1 min 40 secs. Pierce film/ remove lid - and microwave for 1min 40 seconds, stirring half way through. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving.

Air Fryer

Bao Buns: Preheat your airfryer to 200oC and pop them in for 3-4 mins max. Be sure to flip once in between.

Chicken: Air fry at 200^oC/400^oF for 9-12 minutes

Sauce: (microwave only)

Oven

Bao Buns: Preheat oven to 150^oC /200°F. Place bao buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Heat buns for 8-10 minutes until hot throughout.

Chicken: Preheat oven to 200^oC or 180^oC Fan, and cook for 8-12 minutes

Sauce: (microwave only)

For Best Results always cook from frozen.

Keep frozen at -18'c or cooler. If product has thawed do not refreeze.
