  • For best result always cook from frozen.
  • Do not refreze after defrosting, if allowed to thaw reduce cooking time.
  • These cooking instructions are guidelines only.
  • Shallow Fry: Preheat clean cookign oil in skillet on medium heat.
  • Beat Eggs in a separate bowl, coat shami kababs in beaten eggs.
  • Fry Shami kebabs for 5 minutes, turning sides occasionaly for an even cooking.
  • Ensure product is cooked throughout before serving.

 

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen at -18’c or cooler.If product has thawed do not refreeze.
